Data controller
Fia Family Farms, Frazione Naviante 1 bis, 12060 Farigliano (CN), Italy. Tax code and VAT number 03925320040. Contact: sales@fia.wine.
What we process, why, and on what legal basis
The messages you send us. If you write to us or call us using the contacts on the page, we process the data you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message, in order to reply. The “Write to us” button only opens your own email program: the site receives and stores nothing. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps you have asked for, and our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us.
Server logs. The hosting provider records incoming requests, with IP address, date, time and page requested, to keep the site running and secure. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
The site has no forms, collects no visitor statistics and does no profiling.
Who we share data with
The site is hosted by Aruba S.p.A., in Italy, which processes the server logs on our behalf as data processor. We do not sell or pass on your data to anyone else.
How long we keep it
Emails stay in our inbox for as long as the conversation and our legal obligations require, for example tax obligations if a request becomes an order. Server logs follow the hosting provider's retention periods.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or erase your data, restrict its processing, receive it in a machine-readable format, or object to processing based on legitimate interest: these are Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR. To exercise them, write to sales@fia.wine.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, Piazza Venezia 11, 00187 Rome, garanteprivacy.it.
Cookies
This site uses no cookies: no technical, analytics or profiling cookies. Fonts, images and scripts are served from the site's own server, with no third-party services. That is why there is no banner.
The only thing the site remembers is your answer to the age question at the entrance. If you answer yes, your browser stores the item letargo-eta in its local storage (localStorage), so you are not asked again on every visit. It is a technical tool needed for the service you asked for: it stays on your device, is not sent to any server and does not identify you. You can delete it at any time by clearing the site data in your browser settings.
